My First Crocheted Cardigan: Thaw Cardigan

Join us to crochet the Thaw Cardigan, a sport weight garment designed by Sati Glenn. Thaw is a light weight beginner friendly cardigan pattern, and perfect for even those who have never made a garment before.

Helen will guide you through the construction and techniques of Thaw in this fun three part class. This is a roomy top down raglan cardigan with pockets, buttons, and edging. You will be able to take what you have learned from this cardigan and apply it to a wide range of future garment projects!

Yarn:

We recommend Plied Yarns North Ave Twists/Primaries or Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Light. You could also choose a DK weight yarn such as Spun Right Round, KraeO Mama Bear DK, or Feederbrook Farm Entropy DK and adjust your hook size accordingly during your gauge swatch.
